I've had no viewings this week. Is article 50 making buyers nervous?

Referendum result was last June, so it has been known since then that we were leaving.

How many viewings do you normally get in a week?

I assume you're talking about houses but it sounds like you're a rice wholesaler from your post!
And I doubt it's article 50,I don't think it's been triggered quite yet. Easter is supposed to be the prime time for viewings so maybe people are waiting.

They've dropped back a tiny bit from what they were around here - but stuff's still selling very very quickly when it's going up on the market.

I'm not sad and obsessed with house prices - I was online nebbing to see what the neighbour's house sold for the other day is all.

johnd2 - oh god I've just noticed my headline typo! Hahah!

Maybe it's article 50 that's making my viewings / offers dry up then. We haven't been on long and I thought well-priced, the agent says today's news is to blame for the slow interest.
