How quickly should I expect bookings to happen?

My flat is in a desirable area in London and priced well (lower than similar properties, but not significantly so) and is well-presented.

But it's been on the market since Monday and no viewings have been booked.

Should I be worried?

Arg thread title should have been "how quickly should I expect viewings to be booked?"! Whoops.

I'd worry if nothing booked in for next weekend I think. People need a day or two to discuss going to see it. You might still get something tomorrow.
Good luck!

Rogan - thank you! So you mean not this weekend but next is when I should see bookings?

I worry because I know the market is falling in London at the moment, but I've seen a place I want to buy online and will lose out if nothing soon! (Which is why I priced mine well - or so I thought!)

The market is definitely falling but you should have viewers - even just time wasters(!) within a few days on the market.

Sorry, to explain, I'm going by my house in inner south east London - very well priced but somewhat undesirable street. We have been on the market for nearly three months but are still getting plenty of footfall. The agents here and east London where we're moving say it either gets snapped up or languishes, but either way should have viewings due to less being on the market.

Yeah, I did mean by in a week's time. Have you checked it actually appears if you do a search on rm?

It does appear, and it seems to get lots of clickthroughs (using an online agent) but still no bookings.

Worried my photos aren't good enough. The place itself (well, I think anyway!) looks great. Not sure if the pictures do it justice...

I was contemplating hiring a stager for it! Or maybe even an independent photographer to get some amazing snaps. Crazy idea?!
