We are in the middle of a big refurb and extension to our flat. The rear extension is going to be a lounge. It has a massive rectangular skylight in the ceiling. He said they can be hidden above some coving around the opening up to the skylight and can really look cool and add mood lighting (apparently they come in different colours too). So, is this a good idea? Anyone done it? Or is it something I will regret (though I suppose I can always just not turn them on!)
