Lathe and plaster wall replacement cost?

Hoping to have lathe and plaster interior walls taken down and replaced with plasterboard so we can actually hang things on the wall. Anyone had this done and could give a ball park figure for costs? Biggest wall is 3m high and 4.5m wide. Won’t be living there when done so can hopefully avoid majority of the dust!
