Conservatory prices?£

Hello there, I hope this is the right place to ask, but last year me and OH brought a new build & we are thinking of getting a conservatory build to turn into a playroom.

I know prices vary a lot but I was wondering if anyone could tell us the rough prices they paid & what you got, just so we can get a rough figure.

We have had 1 quote from a local company and honestly thought it's was ££££

Ideally we would want a 4x4 glass, no pluming or lights as have people in family who can do.
