If that was my house I'd have been pissed off...

Oh my goodness. That's awful, without even thinking about the fact they had the bloody caps lock on.

That's horrific, given the write up I was expecting more from the property. I would not be impressed if this was my home. Hmm

Hm that is round the corner from me, might go check it out Wink

Looks like the EA has been on the happy juice.

Putting 2 mirrors on that dark blue wall makes it look like an emoji wearing sunglasses. (probably just me. No happy juice, honest)

Bizarre, but house is sold STC so obviously didn't put buyers off.

Someone was way up high writing that one I suspect.

Confused completely wanky.

This used to be my local area too!

It actually draws attention to the unfortunate crapness of the house, you're expecting just a little bit more after that euology Hmm

LOL yes a total wankfest by the agent!

I'm distracted by the fact that £265k gets you a 3 bed terrace up in Sutton Coldfield.

Down here is SE London it's all £350k plus for ugly, tiny shoeboxes!

Round the corner from me too! I read it as an attempt to be funny. Clearly failed. And yes, lovely houses in Sutton Coldfield for half the price of a London one (smug). I love my big house and reasonable mortgage.

Chicken

And that £350k plus I'm referring to is for crappy, small 2 bed flats, not an actual house!

oogle looks like drunk write ups are their thing.

This is even better than the Croydon agent that wrote that this house would really suit Brangelina

blamethecat · 08/02/2017 13:04

That's amazing Grin I wonder if this is the in work version of 'wear flip flops to an interview' ? and whoever is doing the write ups really hates working there and wants to get sacked ?

gillybeanz · 08/02/2017 13:05

Turquoise

Up here in NW £265k would get you a four/five bed detached with lots of land, out buildings, driveway, double garage etc.

Yep the writer of the advert sounds like they have been smoking something!

The house in the link maybe a Sutton Coldfield address but it's not a nice part of the area and overlooks a very busy junction.

They must all be on glue in their office if they think that house on Chester Rd is the most desirable area, seriously what are they thinking?!! Confused
