White goods?

Hi can I ask what's the norm when selling regarding white goods, offer in on house and they have said including all white goods. I'm only worried as we haven't bought yet so may have to rent so I'm concerned about buying new ones needlessly.

You either agree to include them in offer or make them subject to negotiation. If they are built in it is reasonable for buyers to assume they are included in the asking price unless particulars specify otherwise.

bear in mind they may not be in good condition, and they may not be to your taste, so wait and see.

Most appliances are 600x600x about 800 high, so are easily interchangeable. Integrated are more work to put in and take out and it may be difficult to get matching décor panels.

Only fridges/freezers have a wide variety of sizes, especially height.

Leave them if it helps the sale. Or just take a fridge.

You can get second hand cheap as chips to tide you over in the rental if not supplied.
