Making loft conversion official

My house is a 1905 end of terrace 2 bed with loft room without regs.

It was converted in the 80's.

Are there companies that specialise in making loft conversions official?

It has insulation, power, light and double glazed window to the side gable, but the staircase is currently a 70's stile no riser open staircase without balustrade.

We are currently using it as a loft for storage, but one day would like it to be used as an occasional office space.
