Which professionals to use?

Do it need to get separate professionals for the following job:

I have an electric fire that I need removing from a chimney breast

At the foot of the chimney breast is a capped off gas pipe poking out the laminate flooring.

I then want a large hole knocked into the chimney breast so I can install a electric mock fire burner. I also want a wood mantel above it.

If you buy the fire from a local fireplace shop they will often install it for you and arrange any trades needed.
