Granary Close/Needles Estate Horsham

My husband and our children, 3.5 years and 21 months are relocating quite possibly to Horsham. We are on a bit of a budget due to our plan for me to now stay at home with the kids so in the region of 400-450k. We have just viewed a lovely town house in granary close which is a newish build in the needles estate area. Any thoughts on this area good or bad would be very much appreciated. We are new to Horsham and will be relocating from London. Really really would appreciate your feedback!

Beautiful area. I used to live there on Amberley road years ago. Would love to go back there but sadly not possible at the moment

Thanks for your response. Yes I agree Horsham lovely! House we are looking at is a newish build off the needles estate... Don't suppose you know what that area is like now?
