Would you buy a garage?

Without seeing it empty? What could go wrong?

A garage has come on the market that we'd like but the owner is a hoarder and the garage is absolutely full of stuff.

It's in a battery and looks okay from the outside.

Yeah, it isn't a huge issue to do a few trips to the tip to dispose of any crap left behind?

The owner will clear it - I suppose I'm concerned about any faults/problems within the garage once it's cleared and we see what it looks like. DH says there's not too much that can be wrong. (Is he right?)
