Painting help needed

So I have been decorating, my dad who is expect at diy stuff prepared the walls for me and did a first coat of while paint to help cover up the blue and pink walls underneath.

I have now added two coats (!!) over two days of dulux once paint (chic shadow) and I am still getting this awful look. A second coat of the once hasn't helped, I thought that perhaps I just applied it badly the first time spreading the paint too thin.

What can I do to rectify the situation? Do I need to resand and start again, use a primer? (I think that the awful coloured paint might have been a shiny type) something else??? Not buy the once paint and do a coat of the colour in a dulux normal range? Nearly out of the once paint now having done two coats and probably just enough to finish the edging which I haven't done yet.

I avoid 'once' paint it always seems too thick and does produce brush / roller marks . I'd leave it a couple of days till it really dries and hardens off. Then try an ordinary Matt.

Think I'd "finish" it with the paint you've got and let it dry properly for a couple of days. Then sand and do another coat with the normal stuff (and hope that's the end of it).

Just to see if a quick fix would help I have used a brush and painted over the marks, will come back later and see if that resolves it before I try anything too radical!

I've used Once a few times and it's always been dreadful. I painted my dds room in bright pink once and when we woke up the whole room was full of cracks in the paint! I ended up buying polycell paint to cover it all and then painted it again using normal Dulux Matt. Sorry!

Won't be buying it again, that's for sure! Love the colour though!

For future reference, I'm pretty sure that if you like a colour that's only available in a one coat paint you can get it made up in a different paint, such as ordinary matt emulsion, at a decorator centre with a paint mixing machine.

Pretty sure that the one coat colours are available as normal matt too - hope so anyway!

Leave it to dry properly, at least 48 hours then judge it again.
If you want a good finish, buy professional paint. Dulux colour mix paint uses a professional base.
