We have original hardwood flooring. It was varnishe me previously however it now looks awful. It is chipped in places, dull and generally looks shabby.
Does anyone know if there is a way to restore it without having to sand it again.
Can I wax over the top? Would this hide it?
I have 0 budget hence the problem
