Damaged fired earth tiles?

I ordered some & 50% have damage on them.

Is this normal for them?.

50% isnt acceptable for any company, let alone a top end company like them. I hope you've already called and complained.

Yes. I've sent photos.

I don't think they believe me. We were surprised too but I doubted myself that maybe I had too high standards.

If it's definitely damage and not a rustic look then send them back. Sounds like a faulty batch or something has happened to them in transit.
