What your house is worth today?

A surveyor valuation at the current date. Possibly a desk valuation depending on how contraversial it is. Get two or three estate agents to come and value to give an idea of what to enter on the form. Then they will use their surveyor to confirm or challenge this.

thanks mad and dyne, they've said they will need to contact me about the valuation so I assume that means they'll need access to the inside? (eeeeek!)
