Any tips on how to treat mould on wood flooring

Hi. Please can you let me know if you have any tips on how to remove mould from wooden flooring? I recently paid £100K+ to a building contractor to renovate and extend my home and there's a huge list of issues which building control are not happy with.

One of the issues relates to the roof which was leaking daily until it was covered in tarpaulin. The brand new kitchen floor became soaked due to the leaks and the wood floor has turned mouldy. Any tips please?
