We have a large area of patio, about 70sq m that needs re paving, it was laid very badly and needs replacing.
We have one quote so far and excluding the sandstone just labour and materials is coming in at £100 per sq m plus VAT.
I understand it's a PITA of a job taking up the old paving, putting down new base (with mortar) etc but wondering if that cost is about right for London and of course a professional job?
And while I'm here any recommendations of decent contractors that cover north london would be much appreciated.
Thanks so much
