Feeling outraged.
AIBU?
Builder has been in my property close to s fortnight now. Various things have pissed me off with the way his employees have conducted themselves, but today has taken the biscuit.
Went to my property at 7pm tonight and couldn't get in. Door looked damaged too. Contacted builder, who contacted his joiner - the last person in the property today. The joiner was 'having trouble' with the lock so took it upon himself to completely replace the lock! To my front door! He didn't ask me or the builder and didn't provide either of us with keys. Am outraged. And he's damaged the door frame in doing so.
I am getting a locksmith to the property tomorrow to re-replace the locks as I have no idea who this joiner is and what lock he has fitted and what sort of job he has done. I am charging the cost to the builder.
Have also said to builder if door frame is not repaired I will be charging him for that too.

The employees also took my Ralph Lauren towels from my bathroom and used them to mop up building waste. They are beyond washing in a normal machine. Do you think it's reasonable to ask the builder to get them cleaned?

Finding it so stressful. Am 37 weeks pregnant and don't need this!

I hope you've hidden your vacuum cleaner in the boot of your car.
