How comfortable would this sofa be?

I'm pondering buying this sofa and was wondering if anyone had similar and could tell me how comfortable it might be. There are no physical outlets to actually go and sit on it.

I know this retailer is not known for its customer service so I'm a bit worried about buying it and then having to send it back.

It has a low back therefore no support for your shoulders, neck or head. Not comfortable.

The back's too low. Very uncomfortable is my guess.
