Hi,
I was wondering if any other mumsnetters have had a survey done on a property and received a high score for natural ground instability.
My partner and I have found the perfect place but it scored high for the above and highly likely for man made mining in the area. We asked our solicitor and he brushed it aside saying it was not that unusual and that for London/South east many properties score high.
Does anyone know if that is the case, were not sure what to do but are considering pulling out. We did have a survey on the property by a RICs surveyor and no subsidence issues were identified.
Is it likely to put future buyers off do you think?
