We've recently made some changes to our home, basically turning 2 rooms in to 3 with some changes to the internal layout. Do I need to let my mortgage advisor know? Not sure how it will affect the property value as it had dropped a bit since we initially took our mortgage, so any additional value from changes may be eaten up by that...
