Wren Corner Cabinets

Talk to me about them please!

Planning a new kitchen after extending in the summer and despite having every brochure under the sun today I went to a showroom for the very first time! A Wren one. And I fell in love with their brilliantly designed corner cabinets - the ones that just have the curved door that opens fully and allows full access to the whole cupboard!

Does anyone have any experience of these, are they as good as they seem? Are there any other brands that do something similar/better that I should take a look at?!

Feeling very exciting now!

Exciting times ahead - spend lots of time looking around everywhere first, as you will be living with the results for a long time !!!

Lots of companies do that type of corner ... Some people love them, until something falls off at the back and wedges in so you can't actually move anything and you need to take the unit apart to free it up ! And then ofcourse it's impossible to put back together without talking the worktop off, which breaks the tiles ..
But hey - maybe this won't happen to you ! Hmm

I was going to say the same!!
I loved the huge pan draws. Loads of space put them next to the cooker for ease.

Have you looked at the tall pull out cupboards?

Yes I have seen the pull out cupboards think they are magical!
I had a read through some other threads last night and noticed recommendations for DIY kitchens & handmade shaker kitchens (or a similar name!) so checked out their sites and they seem great too.

Price wise is Wren more expensive than those alternatives?

No idea on price but I know ikea kitchens have flat backs and are awkward to fit unless you have perfect walls and need cutting round skirting boards -
