Any idea on how to fix a door curtain I bought. The Portiere rod for sale is 42inches long which means when you open door the rod will swing out hitting a cupboard to the left side as you enter.
I'm crap at DIY, would a curtain wire stretched over and fixed to the wall above door do it. I know it wouldn't lift like a raising portiere would but seems all that I could do. Even that would be tough.
