Kitchen Worktops - opinion on Minerva and ikea?

I'm getting my new kitchen fitted soon but still haven't settled on worktops. I really like the look of the carrara white Minerva but i've only found a few reviews and one was terrible. Does anyone have experience of Minerva?

I'm also considering the Ikea worktops with a layer of real wood ontop of the usual man made stuff. I'm having oak flooring, a small oak breakfast bar, and a wooden dining table in the room - so i'm not sure if wood worktops would be too much?

What have liked or really not liked, any other recommendations?
