Hi, me again. Can anyone tell me a bit about their experience of a successful sealed bid process??? I know every situation is different but I'd be curious to hear how much MORE people offered than the asking price, or if you felt that other aspects of your bid (your own selling position) were even more important??
From what I have been told your position is an important part of the process. A strong position is viewed more favorably than somebody who has not sold their house. I would only offer what the house is worth to you and no more.
