Window Blinds

We've just had an extension built and realised the tilt and turn windows don't have enough space for a normal blind headrail. Ideally I'd like the blinds to sit in the recess because the way the builders have finished a couple of windows there won't be any room for a blind outside the recess. I'm not taken on the perfect fit tilt and turn blinds. Does anyone know of any blinds with a really slim headrail? Tried looking online and all I could find was louvolite but there's not many options to buy them.

Many thanks.

Not clear why you can't put them outside the recess?

We had similar problems - tilting windows, and a recess trimmed with an architrave which stuck out. We had two possible solutions - nail a baton onto the wall above the recess, which would bring the wall out to be level with the trim, and attach the header rail to that, or attach the header rail to the ceiling. We went with the first solution so used bog standard wooden venetian blinds.

Apologies should have explained why the blind can't sit outside the recess. Where the blind would go if it sat outside the recess is blocked on the left hand side by a pipe/flue chase that is boxed in. That box runs into the window recess if that makes sense. It would need to go into the recess otherwise it wouldn't cover the entire window.
