builder to repair damaged ceiling London

I am looking for a reliable good builder to repair a water damaged ceiling. Some underlying roof timbers are affected with wet rot and need replacing/repairing and ceiling needs new plasterboard, plastering, painting.
The property is in Sydenham South London. I would really like someone who can do a very professional job with a good finish. Thanks
