mum died, left me the house (100 miles away). I've been poorly but we found buyers quickly before probate which I rushed as they requested quick exchange. Now a week before planned exchange with an empty house they've pulled out. I'm not annoyed that the sale has fallen as such just that they've left it that late-cash buyers her plans for the property were too ambitious given where it is. Grrrrrr. Rant. Fuming. But thanks for letting me off load! So back to the drawing board!

There are some incredibly stupid buyers out there - ours finally realised the train took too long to get into London!!

Do people who pull out of deals when the vendor has done nothing wrong not realise/care about the upset and inconvenience? It's so infuriating. I'd support a non-refundable deposit system upon acceptance of offer - this would make time wasters think twice.
