Good builder needed - South East London

We're knocking between our dining room and kitchen, and putting in a new kitchen. There have been a couple of quotes, but both really high. We need slightly complicated steel work, but the last one was £28k not including fitting the kitchen (or buying the kitchen units/appliances)!!

Can anyone recommend a builder who has done a good job for them at a fairly reasonable price? We're new to Crystal Palace/South Norwood and just don't know enough people to get a word-of-mouth recommendation.
