Could anyone help me with my Ikea kitchen plan please? I feel like I have been working this thing out forever and went to the store to be told they wouldn't sell me a kitchen as the plan still needs a lot of work!

I hope that works and if anyone could just give it even a few seconds glance, some advice or anything really I would really appreciate it.

It isn't a big room but I want as much worktop as I can. The door on the right leads to the dining room, the two doors on the left lead to the pantry and the outside. We can't move any walls or anything and there is a boiler on the right of the window so nothing can go there.

Please help!

It doesn't for me. Can you do a screenshot and attach that instead?

oohhh my goodness you have a lot to fit in a small space!
Ok I had a bit of a play.

I'd lose the tall unit next to the dining room, its in the way. Budge washing machine to corner, next is a 1.5 bowl sink drainer to right, with pullouts under it (bin, laundry stuff etc). Next dishwasher, I'd integrate that not the fridge TBH.

In the corner have a proper unit with a carousel. To the left of the corner have cooker and then a unit with drawers under.

On the other side, I'd have a freestanding fridge - get a decent one that can still open its door when its tight to the corner, like a Bosch, then a couple of units with wall cupboards above. Put appliances like microwave, kettle on these so your work area on the other side is clear.

(second picture better but can't delete the other one!)

Wow thanks for giving it a bash, I know it is a small space and bloody awkward!
I will have a study of your plan but I like the corner base unit idea as I didn't think one would fit.
All the appliances are here to stay I am afraid they are too new to replace even if we had the money to do it and the whole refit is on a serious budget. The fridge is 700 wide and big but I have a large family and cook from scratch a lot so need the fresh food storage.
I don't think the boiler will allow the sink to be so far over on the right as the electrics for it would be right behind the sink bowl.

God this kitchen is such a pain in the arse I feel like quitting before I have even begun.

Thanks again for your plan RaisingSteam I really do appreciate you taking the time.

I think you're not far off, you weren't to start with. Just tweak it a bit to work with your constraints. I would always start from the corner in your planning. It would be nice to squeeze a cupboard even a narrow one between the corner unit and dishwasher. Also if you have a pantry take the opportunity to fit it out with good shelves/drawers if it isn't already. The units on the fridge wall can budge along a bit to fit your fridge if need be. At one point we thought we had a dead space next to our fridge and were going to fit it out as a floor to ceiling one-bottle-wide wine rack Grin.

I like doing kitchens, better than sudoku!
