Hi we paid a deposit to oxford traditional glass and glazing in june and after missing the first two installation dates for sept and oct we can no longer get a response from them. Has anyone had experience of taking legal action? even if you win can you get your joey back?

Did you pay by visa card? You'll be covered if you did.

There are two google reviews-one is dreadful and same experience as you the other is from the ownerHmm

Doesn't sound promising tbh.

I've never paid a huge deposit when getting windows done, just paid on completion.

tirma - did you get anywhere with your legal action? We are going through the same thing now with Oxfordshire Traditional Glass and Glazing and are not alone! I've private messaged you via Mumsnet about this.

Any news on your legal action?
Can't believe they're still ripping people off after all this time!
We're in the same boat - 80% paid up for windows & doors for whole house - Nothing but stress in return.
Hope you had a successful outcome in the end.
