Really bored with GD,
Really bored with APITS, (yet another cheapo villa in dullsville)
Love HUTH (but hate the dull terrace magnolia make overs),
Love DYHFHTM (but the figures dont stack up)
Love L,L,L
Hate PSSA (all those dirty house makeovers make me want to heave)
BTD - more realistic version of GD
SH - boring tidy up / clean up show akin to PSSA - although I love Phil

The Home Show - more realistic/achievable and I have a George Clarke crush!

PSSA? BTD?, SH? Can't work these out!

Ah, now I see it!! Thanks!

Yes to SB needing someone to do to her style what she does to houses, but LOVE the way she has that look when they ignore her advice! Why would you ignore someone's wealth of experience?? She always gets the dig in too at the end when she's been proven to be right ha!

We now watch PS because many of his phrases end up on Scott Mills innuendo bingo - think he does it on purpose now "I've been nursing a semi in Margate this week" "I love a neat trim bush" Go Phil!

I like a bit of contrast in these programmes. Remember property ladder, the ones where the wannabe developers would do something completely stupid, and Sarah would gave to do the disapproving face?

60 minute makeover is a hoot! The saccharine presenters, who just love feature wallpaper and anything that's painted turquoise, and all that shonky workmanship. Could do with another show that follows round after the team, putting right the damage!

Absolute favourite episode of LLL was the one with the ghastly woman (part of a couple trying to buy somewhere in London) who kept ruling out flats because there was nowhere in the bedroom for her "vanity desk" (shudder). You could just see Kirsty, eyebrows going, fizzing to tell her to stop harping on about the fucking vanity desk!

Grand Designs is too gushy, and full of self-congratulating, pretentious pricks.

I do like Double Your House... Good balance of dramatic changes, (some tenuously) realistic budgets, and moderate fuck-ups. Also Kirstie's Fill a Your House for Free: some utter tat, but with the odd nice idea. Did anyone see the tea-crate bath panel?

My favourite is George Clarke's Amazing Spaces, where people either transform a small vehicle or build a shed and make it into a wonderful living or work space.

I caught the £100k house on bbc2 last night. No idea who the guys presenting are but quite enjoyed the makeovers. The painted green floor had me Shock but it was fun. Never seen the programme before but will try to watch again. Love the kit houses programme.

Used to love Location, Location and all the spin offs but am no so heartily sick of Kirsty Allsop, I actually can't watch the show anymore.

Her cliche spattered patter where men are always rugger buggers, who are messy and work in the city and are sooooo tall they have to watch they don't bang their heads on low beams.
And the 'wives' are always just itching to pop one out and every property needs 'room to expand'.
I've noticed they rarely give her the gay couples to deal with probably because she'd have no cliches to spout and without 'safe' innuendoes or talk about sprogs on the way, she'd have nothing to say.
She's just a lazy bore,
I still like Phil though who seems to be able to converse happily with anyone regardless of their middle-classness
