Any recommendations for blinds for conservatory roofs?

We've just moved into our first ever house-a beautiful new build which is practically perfect in every way! Apart from the conservatory which is BOILING! I know that it's this weather-and luckily it's only really hot in the mornings due to the positioning of it, but wondered what kind of blinds would cool it down and cut down the glare through the roof? It's opaque already. Any recommendations gratefully received!
