Aargh buzzing electrics!!

Apologies for yet another thread... In the middle of an extension and keep finding new stresses!

Had the whole house rewired last week and have just moved back in. Mostly fine but discovered that our sander base charger only works on the left hand one of a double socket downstairs, the dimmer switch in the bedroom buzzes the whole time the light is on, and my radio emits a high pitched buzz whenever it's turned on in any of the bedroom sockets, which it never did before. DH thinks I'm going mad because he can't hear it (I pointed out that being female means I can hear higher frequencies... I bet the dog would back me up too if we let her upstairs...)

Are these normal / fixable / something I should mention to the electrician? He is coming back anyway to do the extension electrics...

Personally, I'd give him a call. If it doesn't sound right to him, it won't take long to check. If nothings wrong, it will put your mind at rest.

Sounds like a faulty socket downstairs.
A buzzing dimmer means either it's the wrong size for the fitting, it's a cheap dimmer or it's not quite wired up correctly.
It's a common problem - most often it's a cheap fitting.
In both cases easy to rectify, I'd get him back in.

What about a buzzing shaver socket? Worries me, so I haven't been charging my toothbrush much...
