Isn't this gorgeous! I could spend hours dreaming how to do this place up.

Wow it's lovely. But having just done a barn conversion I would probably run away, far away!

Agree Purple... I am really glad we took the plunge and took on a doer upper but now that we are at the end of that process the idea of doing it again makes me shudder...

Good luck though to those if you just starting out :)

I can understand how people are tempted to go through the process of renovation. It isn't hard to see the potential. Sadly, we're not in a position to take on a project but honestly, if I had the time, energy and money I'd buy this in a shot. There's a Waitrose on Anglesey too

That's not a doer upper it's a mega renovation - unless you are skilled, brave and/or have pots of £s step awayGrin

I agree it's a mega renovation, but it's so nice I could gaze at it for hours...

Seems pricey to me. Are there any jobs within 30 miles? Is it otherwise a retirement project or holiday home project for the wealthy who don't live in Wales?

That first one does not look like a doerupper, but a teardowner.....
Or perhaps a "totalgutter" to be a bit positive....

But gorgeous from the outside.
