We've seen a really gorgeous flat. It ticks a lot of boxes BUT it has 2 huge bedrooms, when we need 1 big and 2 medium sized ones. One of the bedrooms is fairly long (just over 20' x 12').
One way the flat could work for us is if we partitioned down the middle of this room. But the room on the inside will not have any windows if we do this. That corner of the room already has a skylight anyway so there is some natural light, and that room will serve as a kids bedroom, so not used too much during the day.
Is it a crazy thing to do? I worry that room is going to be dark and dingy, and that the resale value will be very badly affected! Opinions please?
