Grrrr.... How long do I wait for the surveyor to turn up?

He was booked to come from 1-2.30 (full survey for our buyer).

Not turned up! Left a message on my estate agents answer phone but nothing

try the estate agent again, if no response go out. People need to learn to keep appointments or to make contact if they can't.

That's what I was thinking. I actually have to go out between 2.30 and 3.30 so if he turned up now I would miss that as apparently it takes 90 minutes to do the survey

But if you're going out at 13.50 and the appointment was at 1 you wouldn't have had enough time for the appointment anyway if it was 90 minutes?

I know. Went out and came back - he then turned up.
