Our drinking water tastes awful and I'd like to get a filter tap for the new kitchen.
Any recommendations on brands?
The Franke ones are too pricey I think, this looks good but no idea if its any good....

We have this one, which seems to do the job:

We have a rangemaster one which is good - ours is a brushed finish like you linked to

We have the Grohe Blue filter tap. Had it for a year, and very happy with it! We live in London with v hard water, and I just can't drink it straight without getting ill. So when we were doing our kitchen it seemed pointless buying a non-filter tap and have to deal with big filter jugs. It's a bit expensive, but I'm sure we've saved it already compared to the price for the filter cartridges for jugs!

Watching...I started to look at the reverse osmosis kits which can be retrofitted (I think) and then overwhelmed with all the other kitchen decisions I had to make. My tap is in now but there is loads of room under the sink.
