Really tempted to view it as it ticks a lot of our boxes - what on earth to say if it is right there when I'm viewing! It really freaks me out. And it looks like you have to climb over it to get to the dining room!

I can just imagine the estate agent patter - and here is a nice open hallway with a feature polar bear...
