Is anyone familiar with the local area? I have found a property I really like the look of in St. Peters View, but do not know the area at all. I have looked at the street-level crime reports and they look pretty safe. I have had some negative things about Alexandra Road though. I would really appreciate your feedback on the general area. Are there lots of teenagers hanging around/does it make for a bad atmosphere/is it dangerous, that sort of thing. Also, if you live in the area, I'm guessing Braintree is the nearest train station - is that around 15 minutes away? Thank you so much!
