URGENT - Anyone know a good builder in Harrow area?

FIL has passed away and to sell his house, we need to pull down a couple of bizarre partitions in his house on the ground floor, and reinstate a wall and a door upstairs, to return his rather strange layout to the original design of the otherwise rather nice 1910 house.

I think it might take 1-2 weeks to do this properly. Does anyone know a good builder locally who might be free in 8-12 weeks time to help us with this, once probate has been sorted?
