Same happened to us. Just as we instructed a new agent we had an offer (from someone who viewed 5 months previously then disappeared)! The sunshine really does help though! My buyers came to look at fixtures and fittings yesterday and the house looked great. Saying that, we offered on our new house when it was freezing cold and dull - so hopefully it will look even better when we move there!

worry not - everyone is told that between Xmas and Easter it is not worth trying to sell a house, and Easter was v. early this year.

more houses should appear to buy too. We were starting to despair of finding anything to buy this time last year, and then the dream house came on the market. I am now in its lounge. :-)

What if the sun goes away? Will they all withdraw their interest?

Hooray!

But just be aware that all of these three potential buyers will not believe that there are two other interested parties. They will all think the Estate Agent is making them up ... if other property threads on here are anything to go by hmm.
