cost of stripping down and repainting windows

Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to strip down (burn) a victorian window and repaint it and the cill?

The house we are looking to buy needs lots of restoration work on the windows and we have quotes for replacements and restoration to the wood, but not for the stripping down and repainting work. The guy who came to do the quote isn't getting back to me and the vendors are wanting to hear whether we are going ahead today.

Ours were about £100 a window but our decorator is cheap cheap

Could you possibly do it? We did a whole house, took a while but we did them as we had time. Nitro morse is great stuff!
