Having a panic with kitchen wall colour!

Kitchen is being fitted next week - units are F&B Blue Grey, with island in Castle Grey. Worktop is River Valley White Granite. Trying to get wall colour that looks right. Have just painted first coat of F&B Slipper Satin, but it looks very cream and now don't think it will be right with the granite. Can change the wall colour, but need to be quick! Trying to keep the walls quite light and airy - now thinking maybe slaked lime (LG) or even Linen Wash (LG), or anything else? Want to keep it less beige as I don't think the grey tones of the granite will work. Any advice would be gratefully received!! We are refurbing whole house, so I am now struggling with all the decisions that need to be made!!

slaked lime is a nice light colour and if you get the LG Intelligent Matt or whaterver they call it, it is washable for kitchens

I agree creamy colours will look odd, but lime green would look lovely & fresh & contrast beautifully, as would lemon yellow, or as we have in our similar coloured, (though reversed kitchen) - the retro looking mint green - forget name, but something forest - this works well with lime & candy pink highlights too (think 50s)
