How much does it cost to convert a lounge diner to a kitchen diner?

Hello. We're looking to buy a house which has a lounge-diner but it would be great if we could convert it into a kitchen diner instead. The owners said it was like this previously so I'm presuming the wall between the kitchen and the dining area is not a load bearing wall.

Any ideas how much it would cost to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining area and put in a new one between the dining area and the lounge (possibly with some double doors). Thanks.

We paid 1700 to have block wall taken down and a stud wall put up-about 4 metres in length

Thanks - that sounds ok. Not sure we will have any money left after the purchase though....
