Shower or storage

In our new bathroom we have usual bathroom, sink toilet but there is potentially space for a separate shower or a large storage cupboard, where I could keep bed linens towels and all manor of junk. Don't have a separate airing cupboard so this stuff is Now kept in bedrooms wardrobes We already have ensuite which has shower. Votes ladies please.

I'd go for the cupboard if you have a shower en suite and a shower over the bath.

Yep, shower over bath and storage. We're having a storage cupboard in my new bathroom - it will house the washing machine and tumble drier as well - can't wait!

Storage. Less cleaning...somewhere to store cleaning stuff for less bathroom things to clean

How many bedrooms does the house have, and how many people live in it?

That affects the appropriate number of showers.

How is the hot water heated? That affects hw many can be supplied.

I would go for a shower over the bath, much easier to clean than a cubicle in my experience.

That way you get a huge storage cupboard too so a shower and storage.

Agree it depends on size of house. What's the point of towel storage in a bathroom that only has a sink for washing up in, though? Where would you store the towels if not in this handy cupboard?

You don't say how many bedrooms you have, how many people live in the house, or how much you need the storage.

If you have young children, and you're not planning on moving anytime soon, then you might, for example, use it as a storage cupboard, then convert it into a shower once you've got teenagers or to add value prior to selling.

Storage is a wonderful thing. I have a box room dedicated to floor to ceiling shelving, where I can shove EVERYTHING. I cannot tell you how happy it makes me.
