Anyone got experience of Evo's kitchens or Swinton Kitchens?

We're getting a kitchen for a new house we're buying. We had plumped for ikea but it looks like their cupboard sizes don't quite match the spaces we've got so we're now wondering about getting a smaller, local company to design and supply it for us.

We're having some other work done on the house so our builder will do the fitting. Does anyone have experience of having employed either of these companies or any other companies that they'd recommend? It's the quality of the kitchen and customer service that we're particularly interested in - not design or fitting as we have someone else doing both of those.

Like everyone, we're looking for high quality at an incredible price!!

Hi Wigwam

I am currently one week away from having my Evo Kitchen delivered so I can't comment on what it is actually like BUT the service I have had has been excellent!

I have been in constant email contact with Paul for over six months now going backwards and forwards over little bits and pieces and design choices. He has provided a fast and efficient service and has given me loads of ideas to tackle little problems. He has also managed to get us an amazing kitchen, on budget with fab appliances too.

I can't recommend him more

Hi Rascal
Thanks for that recommendation. Wow- six months! How on earth have you maintained your sanity in that time?! I've only been at it one month and I've nearly had enough. I might be back in contact in a week or so to find out how happy you are once it's been installed? Good customer service is always a very good indicator I find though.

Anyone else got good experience of a more local company that they can recommend?

Thanks
