Installation/running costs of underfloor heating in a bathroom?

Just about to re-do the bathroom and DH wants underfloor heating. Does anyone have any experience of installation costs and, more importantly, running costs of putting this in a bathroom. The room is about 8 x 10 ft and the flooring is floorboards but will have ply and ceramic tiles on top (don't know if that makes any difference?)

ta!

I have underfloor heating in my very small bathroom and all downstairs and it is great! I don't think it works out any more expensive to run than regular gas central heating, but I am on Economy 7 - don't know if that affects cost.
