Has anyone used Mirror Mate?

We attached acrylic mirrors to a tiled bathroom wall and have to remove them as we move in a few days! before buying Mirror Mate I asked the company if it would be possible to remove the mirrors at a later date without damaging tiles and they said it was fine.

Now I can't remember what they said to do and haven't been able to get a straight answer from them recently. Does anyone know what the heck I take these mirrors down and the glue off the tiles without a trace?
