Don't buy John Lewis Blinds unless you want them to disintegrate

John Lewis Blinds won't last.

We moved into our house two years ago. There were some lovely, John Lewis blinds that had already been installed in the big bay window. Last week I took them to the Dry Cleaners which was clearly instructed on the label. To my horror, they have completely disintegrated. After complaining to John Lewis and demanding they were replaced, their response was to inform me that 'all fabrics do this'. I was completely appalled. What's the point buying blinds if, when you take them to be cleaned, they fall to pieces? If this had been somewhere like Primark, fair enough. But you do not expect this from someone like John Lewis.

Just wanted to warn you all......
